Collection, registration, and processing of personal data occur when a purchase is made on our webshop. Additionally, information is collected during any email correspondence to facilitate communication.
WHO ARE PERSONAL DETAILS SHARED WITH?
When you shop on our webshop and choose to have the purchased items delivered, your information is shared with the selected shipping company to ensure delivery. KLAN & COMPANY provides our webshop and, as a data processor, gains access to the personal information we register about you when you shop with us or sign up for our blog.
HOW LONG ARE PERSONAL DETAILS STORED?
We store personal information for as long as there is a legitimate purpose. For purchases made in our online shop, we retain personal data for a period of 5 years after the purchase, in case you need assistance in documenting the transaction later on. After 5 years, we will delete or anonymize your information from our IT systems and destroy or anonymize any physical copies. If you wish to have your personal data deleted sooner, this can be done by contacting us.
